• Postage & Packaging

I aim to post all orders once a week. I run Terra Trinkets in between studying for my PhD so it can be tricky to keep on top of at times! Please allow 7 working days for me to process your order.

Lockdown measures - Please note that there may be delays in shipping due to the ongoing pandemic. I currently only offer shipping with Royal Mail using their Tracked 48 service. This is to provide some extra peace of mind for both myself and you that your item will arrive safely! Tracking details will be sent to you via email once your item has been posted.

International shipping - International shipping to countries in Europe is available at checkout using the Royal Mail International Tracked service, please note that any extra costs that may be incurred (such as import tax) are the responsibility of the customer. International shipping elsewhere may be available at an extra cost, please contact me if you would like to discuss this option.

Please understand that any shipment times are estimates and controlling this is out of my hands once I have shipped your order.

I cannot be held responsible in the event that your item is lost in the post or extra charges, such as import tax, are incurred.

Sustainability - I try to be sustainable with my packaging choices. Many of the materials I use are recyclable or have been re-used from previous packages. Don't worry though, I still make sure to include a few extra goodies for you!

• Returns & Refunds

If you decide you no longer want your item, it must be returned to me in it's original unused state within 14 days of you receiving it in order to receive a refund. The buyer must cover all returns postage and packaging costs. I do not offer exchanges. Please contact me immediately in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged.

Custom made items cannot be returned for a refund.
